Terms of use
These terms set out how the marketplace works and where responsibility sits. They are general, and we have tried to keep them short.

What you are buying
A placement
An article or link insertion on a donor site from our list, with one link to the page you name. Placements are permanent dofollow.
A process
You add rows to a basket, review it, pay from your balance, and follow each order's status under ordered links. Delivery usually takes about 24 hours after payment.
No outcome
You are not buying a ranking, traffic or a result in any search engine. We do not promise one.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the target pages you choose and for any instructions or finished articles you submit. Do not submit material that is unlawful, misleading or that you have no right to use.
Search engines publish rules about links, and those rules change. Whether a placement suits your own site and risk appetite is your decision.
Balance and payment
Orders are paid from your dashboard balance, which you top up in the dashboard and not through the API. Invoices and proforma invoices are available there.
Questions about a specific payment or order go through the account page, and we answer them case by case.
Publishers
Site owners can offer links from their own sites by setting a price and approving each placement themselves. A publisher is responsible for what runs on their site.
We may decline or remove a listing that does not meet the standards of the marketplace.
Orders by API and by agent
You can fill a basket over the REST API with a Bearer key, or let an AI agent do it over MCP. Paying the basket is a separate step that a person approves.
Keep your key private. Anything done with it counts as done by you.
Limits and changes
The service is provided as it is. Our data refreshes roughly monthly, and figures such as DR, traffic and referring domains are estimates from our own crawler and our own index.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
