The target URLs, keywords, instructions or finished articles you submit, and the status of each placement, so that the order can be carried out and shown to you.
Top-ups, basket payments and the invoices or proforma invoices connected to them, so that your balance is correct.

We use it to run the marketplace: showing your orders, carrying out placements, handling your balance and answering your questions.
We do not sell your account details. Content you submit for an order is published on the donor site you choose, so treat anything in an order as public once the placement is live.
Running a placement involves the donor site that publishes it. Payment and sign-in may involve outside providers. Each has its own terms. We cannot speak for them.
If you order by API or let an AI agent fill your basket, the agent's provider handles whatever you send to it under its own rules.
